Seven people sustained various injuries in multiple accidents on the Desert Highway and in the Jordan Valley near Irbid over the past 24 hours.

The authorities revealed that four individuals were seriously injured in a collision on the Desert Highway in the Hashimiyah area and were transported to Ma'an Governmental Hospital.

In another accident on the Desert Highway in the Al-Quwaira area, two more people were injured and taken to Al-Quwaira Health Center.

Additionally, one person was injured when a vehicle overturned on the Jordan Valley-Irbid road, just past the Abu Ubaida security station. The injured individual was reported to be in moderate condition and was transferred to Abu Ubaidah ibn al-Jarrah Hospital.

Traffic Department attributed these accidents to a lack of necessary safety precautions, incorrect use of speed, and improper handling of curves.
